Rates & Information

Low season - $99 - $150/night plus tax (All year except the times listed below)

High Season - $99 - $175/night, plus tax (Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Holiday Season - $140 - $225/night, plus tax (Christmas, New Years and Easter)

Rates posted are for 3,4 and 5 bedroom homes only.

Deposit:  We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival.  A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival.  Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.

Payment:  Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers.  MasterCard or Visa can be accepted.

Cancellation policy.  If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit.  If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax.  If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax.

Monthly bookings the cancellation fee will change.
If you cancel for any reason you will loose your deposit of $350.00.  If you cancel 5-6 weeks prior of arrival you will loose half you rental; if you cancel 4 weeks or less you will loose your entire rental.
