Terms & Conditions

Deposit:  We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival.  A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival.  Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.

Payment:  Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers.  MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% convenience fee.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit.  If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax.  If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax.  

Monthly bookings the cancellation fee will change.
If you cancel for any reason you will loose your deposit of $350.00.  If you cancel 5-6 weeks prior of arrival you will loose half you rental; if you cancel 4 weeks or less you will loose your entire rental.

Cleaning Fee's:  reserve a home for 6 nights or less and a cleaning fee will be charged based on the size of the home, please inquire about the exact charge

No Smoking in the homes at anytime, smoking is only allowed outside the home or on the patio/pool area

Pets are not allowed at anytime
