A wonderful 2000 Sq foot 4 Bed/ 3 bath / 2 lounge villa situated within Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club and within easy reach of all the major attractions
The villa is situated at Southern Dunes PGA Golf Course.
Southern Dunes is a gated Community meaning only residents and guests are allowed onto the grounds, making it extremely safe and secure. The links style golf course at Southern Dunes designed by Steve Smyers has been widely acclaimed and voted as 1 of the top 5 golf clubs in Florida and one of the top 100 golf courses in the USA
Golfers will love having a 18 hole championship standard golf course right on-site and many other wonderful golf courses within 10 minutes drive.
Guests staying at our villa can also have available all the amenities of the country club including restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pools, tennis courts, fishing, children’s playground etc. The golf course and restaurant is open to the public
There is a 24 Hour Wal-Mart Super Centre and a Winn Dixie supermarket at the entrance to Southern Dunes and various take-aways and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a huge shopping mall with 150+ stores ( Eagle Ridge Mall ), just 10 minutes away by car, which also houses 12 cinemas, and 20 lanes of ten-pin bowling. There are also about 8 other shopping malls, all within 20 minutes of the villa
Our large luxury villa is situated approximately 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World and Universal Studios just off the I 4 motorway on highway 27. It is also just 10 minutes from the newly re opened Cypress gardens adventure park
The villa is over 2000 square feet in size and consists of 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite) plus 2 additional bathrooms, 2 spacious lounges, 1 formal and 1 family room, a formal dining area plus a breakfast area, a fully equipped large kitchen, a laundry room, a double garage and a wonderful large partly covered patio with private screened swimming pool (heating can be arranged at an additional cost for winter months, not necessary in the summer).
The villa is fully air conditioned, and comprises free Cable TV, a DVD player with a number of DVD's, an XBOX Games System (with a large selection of games), also a selection of local guide books and reading material
For baby we supply a cot, high chair, buggy and changing mat free of charge, so you don't have to drag these items around with you.
The villa has 2 living rooms, perfect when you want some time to relax away from the kids, the areas are beautifully furnished and feature vaulted ceilings and extra ceiling fans for those very hot days, there is a formal dining area which can seat 6 people as well as a breakfast nook perfect for the kids
The kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc. off the kitchen is a separate laundry room which comprises a large American style Washing Machine and separate Tumble Dryer, so you can travel light with the knowledge that you will be able to launder your clothes while away, leaving valuable space in your suitcases to bring home all those bargain buys
The master bedroom is en-suite and features a 25" television with Cable TV , Telephone , Alarm Clock ,and a Queen sized Bed, The en suite has a large shower, separate large oval bath, toilet and his and hers washbasins and a large walk in closet . There is a view out to the pool deck from this room.
The second bedroom has a double bed and adjacent shower room with access directly to the pool area.
The third and fourth bedrooms both feature two single beds ideal for the children. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a double Sofa Bed in the first lounge room which can sleep another 2 persons. and a Towels and a change of bed Linen are provided
The Screened Pool Area features a larger than average Pool (Heated option in the winter) , with plenty of Sun loungers and chairs and table for al fresco dining. It has a large covered area if you wish to relax in the shade.
The villa has a huge double garage with remote controlled doors allowing you to drive away in the mornings in a nice cool car!
