This private 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Sleeps 8 Villa is situated on Fairway three of a 9 hole executive golf course.  The villa boasts all the amenities of home.  The private screened in-ground pool is the villa's most relaxing attribute.  This home away from home is outfitted with all the necessary linen and kitchen ware to make your vacation more enjoyable.  Your vacation home comes complete with a Washer/Dryer and a dishwasher for your convenience.  The villa also has a port-a-crib on site for the smallest of guests.   

There is a large eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar area that comfortably seats 9.  Other amenities include 2 televisions with cable tv, a stereo boom box and a DVD player for added enjoyment.  The villa is situated only 7 short miles to the gate of Walt Disney World Theme Parks and just minutes to all other Orlando attractions like Universal Studios, Sea World and Gatorland. 

Please note that there is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and bath.

 

The Rental Rates Quoted are for 2006 :

December 6 - January 6 - $1092.50 12%Tax Included

April 6 - April 22 - $977.50 12%Tax Included

All other weeks are at a rate of $891.25 12%Tax included

Each price is per rental week each additional night is billed at a cost of $143.75 per night

Long weekend rates are based on $155.25 per night however cleaning charges are additional due to shorter stay.  This is for rentals less than six days

$150.00 Security deposit is required prior to booking the Villa. This will be return approx. 2 weeks after rental period provided there are no damages.
